Refund policy
In short: 14 days to change your mind, full refund, no questions asked.
Refunds within 14 days
If your subscription (Pro or Creator Plus) isn’t for you, you can ask for a full refund of any payment — first month, first year, renewal or payment for a plan change — within 14 days of that payment. You don’t have to give a reason.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the email address of your Stalak account, or simply reply to the receipt email sent by Paddle. You can also use paddle.net, Paddle’s help site for buyers.
Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our reseller, to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens after a refund
- Refund of a subscription (first payment or renewal): the subscription stops and your account goes back to Free.
- Refund of a plan change (the difference paid to upgrade): you go back to your previous plan until the end of the period already paid.
- If you leave Creator Plus, your saved projects are no longer accessible but are kept as described in the terms.
- Back on Free, your new videos carry the watermark again; videos already exported don’t change.
- A new subscription taken after a refund is at the price shown at that time.
Downgrading or cancelling
Moving to a cheaper plan or cancelling doesn’t refund the current period (except within 14 days, see above): you keep your plan until the end of the period already paid, then the change or cancellation applies.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, unless a technical problem on our side prevented you from using your subscription, or the law of your country says otherwise. You can cancel your subscription anytime, online, in Account → Manage my subscription (or by emailing [email protected]): it won’t renew and you keep your plan until the end of the period already paid.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our no-questions-asked 14-day refund applies it in every case, even if you already started using your subscription.
