In short: 14 days to change your mind, full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds within 14 days

If Stalak Pro isn’t for you, you can ask for a full refund of any payment (first month, first year or renewal) within 14 days of that payment. You don’t have to give a reason.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the email address of your Stalak account, or simply reply to the receipt email sent by Paddle. You can also use paddle.net, Paddle’s help site for buyers.

Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our reseller, to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Once refunded, your account goes back to Free.

After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, unless a technical problem on our side prevented you from using Stalak Pro, or the law of your country says otherwise. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account: it won’t renew and you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our no-questions-asked 14-day refund applies it in every case, even if you already started using Stalak Pro.
